12:13:00 AM

BRAND: INNISFREE (korean brand)
PRODUCT NAME: THE GREEN TEA SEED SERUM
PRODUCT CATEGORY: SERUM
WHERE TO BUY:
Product description;
-"Enriched with fresh green tea seeds and squeezed green tea from the pure Jeju Island to deliver abundant moisture and nourishment deep into your skin."
-as written on the box.

Product INTRO:
-This serum is from the famous Innisfree Green Tea Line. This line includes toner, lotion, essence, eye cream, serum & more! If you've been following my blogs, you guys already know how much I love Innisfree products in general.

-Why I love them? Certainly because, they use recycled containers for packaging. Their products are free from 5 irritant ingredients that most product has, such as parabens, synthetic colorants, mineral oil, animal-originated ingredients, imdazolidinyl urea. Plus prices range is not bad. ☺

Now without further due, Let's start the Review ;)

What is Serum?

-It's a lighter version of moisturizing cream, but less watery than a Cell essence.
Serum has smaller molecular structure than a cream so it penetrates in your skin more deeply and absorbs faster. Serum addressed different specific skin needs, such as brightening,
pore-tightening, skin lightening, anti-aging, moisturizing and Balancing for
combination skin type. Therefore, many variants of serum are available in the market.
Make sure to know what your skin needs.

Product comes in a cute small pump bottle ☺

The pump is very decent. It dispense just right amount in one full pump. Plus it has a cap to protect the mouth which is a good thing for me!

Contains 80 ml and once open, it can last for 12 months.

This is the actual product itself, this was the amount you get in one full
pump. The consistency/texture is a bit runny but it has a little gel feel into it.
Nothing is crazy about the texture, just like a typical serum you know.

[DIRECTIONS]  "Apply an appropriate amount onto thoroughly cleanse face and neck then gently smooth for better absorption."

*I guess there's something wrong with the Direction printed on the box,
Smooth should be spread or tap? Well, I dunno :3 But me personally, I
like to spread it gently and tap for more better absorption.

♥PRODUCT REVIEW ♥

- In application, a little goes a long way. Leaving the skin smooth and hydrated.
I love the type of moisture that a Serum gives, because it's very light on skin
and doesn't feel oily. I personally prefer this kind of moisture
because it's more humid here in the Philippines. And also, I personally put
on cream moisturizer after serum, that's why i'm minimizing the oily feel
from other product I use. Nobody wants to look like a grease ball right ☻

Tips: If you're really oily and moisturizers tends to breaks you out. (pimple break outs)
You can totally get away using only this product to hydrate your skin
because it's very light on the skin & doesn't feel much oily.

-The first thing I notice was the smell. It wasn't that strong,
But it's definitely a good smell in my preference.
Just a hint of a refreshing type of herb smell, minty I must say. I'm just not
good in describing smells :3 my bad...

-I love the pump. It dispense just enough amount for the whole face.
I hate it when a pump dispense a lot of product because you ended up using more than what you
need. My life is all about being Tidy & Thrifty you know! ;D LOL

PROS:
1.)Smells good.
2.)A little goes along way.
3.)Makes skin smooth & hydrated with feeling oily.
4.)For along run, This doesn't break me out.
5.)Help skin to stay hydrated throughout the day.
6.)Worth the price for it's efficiency.

CONS:
1.)Sticky at first, but stickiness goes away when spread and suck up by the skin.
2.)No Innisfree stores here in the Philippines. You need to order online
and wait for several days or weeks to get your hands on it :/

ALL IN ALL.... It's a good serum, I've tried some serum before such as Olay
ones which I thought I could not live without but this one is a game
changer for me. I love this serum. It change my skin texture whenever I
apply this before make-up. Applying this at night feels like a therapy to me.
The smell somehow calms me. This perform good on my combination skin
type. I'm sure it would also make a good effect on oily skin. It feels more
like hydrated than greasy. Innisfree does good job on this one.
I highly recommend this for you to try ☻
